Build Big Biceps With Resistance Bands

25 June 2010 No Comment

bicepsHaving a nice set of “guns”, or peaked biceps, has more so to do with the way you train that muscle than the amount of weight you are able to lift.  Take one good look at those that have an excellent pair of arms and many times you’ll noticed that they aren’t necessarily the strongest.  The vice-versa is also true;  you may have some that can heave and ho a ton of weight, yet not have a well developed set of biceps.

One of the most effective pieces of exercise equipment that are perfect for sculpting and toning your biceps are rubber band resistance equipment, since it forces the muscles to work throughout the entire range of muscle, from start to finish.  Also, you can take it anywhere with you, which is excellent if you tend to travel a lot.  Resistance bands to tend to more quickly pump the muscle with blood and allow you to get a nice peak contraction and great stretch…all of which cause a higher number of fibers to engage.
