A Vitamin That Can Raise Your Testosterone Levels

18 August 2010 No Comment

TestosteroneIf I were to tell you that there’s a way that you can naturally raise your testosterone levels without having to resort to injecting yourself or having to get a prescription for some type of gel, would you believe me?  What if I were to tell you that it is in fact a particular vitamin that most people are severely deficient in, yet you can easily and cheaply use and obtain?  Well, I’m not hyping it.  It’s true.  I’m talking about good old vitamin D!

Columnist Becky Holman recently wrote that “now evidence points to a D deficiency as contributing to depression.  That could stem from the fact that low D means a sluggish immune system.  It can also be a direct result of low testosterone, as vitamin D plays a role in optimal hormone production.”

Funny how many males instantly want to go to the doctor and get them to prescribe them injectable testosterone or the gel, because they feel they suffer from low test, yet they aren’t even covering they’re basics first with their nutrition!  I would suggest you first supplement your meals with a very well known and reliable vitamin D or multivitamin supplement, like ActiVit Multivitamins.  You’ve got nothing but bad moods and muscle mass to lose.
