Winter Slams: Use It To Get In The Shape Of Your Life

In the area of the country that I live we are currently under at least 5 inches of snow.  According to the weather man snow is supposed to continue to fall non-stop until tomorrow morning, dropping an additional 6-8 inches.  When the weather gets this bad many literally turn into hibernating bears, staying indoors and doing little more than eating, sleeping, wash/rinse/repeat.  Well, being that you’re limited on many of your day to day activities come the heart of winter, it’s the perfect time to take advantage of that and begin to get into the best shape of your life.

Take advantage of the fact that we’re all covered up in multiple layers of clothing, so if you start working on losing weight, toning up, and gaining lean muscle now by the time spring and summer roll around you can reveal to everyone your hard earned six pack and lean and strong biceps.  Too much snow to make it safe to drive to the gym to workout?  No problem, since exercise programs like P90X, INSANITY, and Slim in 6 are designed to be done from the comfort of your own home.  So, while snow is falling outside, so too can your body fat!
