“Jam-ing” Workouts To Torch Some Serious Calories

“There are many different ways to skin a cat”.  I’m pretty sure you’ve heard that saying before (although, I don’t know who the cruel or sadistic individual was that invented this macabre comparison…).  When it comes to working to lose body fat fast and tone up this definitely applies.  However, something that gets highly overlooked when choosing a fitness routine to reshape your body is how likely will you be to stick to it in the long term? Sure, everyone always starts a new workout program “running out of the gates” (hey, isn’t that also a saying?), but the majority abandon it after just a few weeks.  Why?  Well, one of the reasons is loss of motivation.  Why the drop in motivation?  Because sometimes the exercise program is downright boring!

Well, one DVD workout program that definitely is not boring and is actually very exciting is Turbo Jam Maximum Results.  First, they couldn’t have picked a better fitness trainer than Chalene.  Her energy and enthusiasm is extremely contagious (and I’m sure you wouldn’t mind her set of abs either).  And then on top of that is the music itself.  Sure, we all have different tastes in music and rhythm, but regardless of personal preferences these DVDs rock, jam, are blazin, or any other “insert in blank space you’re preferred phrase”.  Check it out and see what I mean.
