Yes indeed, Kai Greene, aka “Predator”, has taken home once again the top prize at this year’s Arnold Schwarzeneggar’s 2010 Classic professional bodybuilding competition. Personally, not taking anything at all away from Kai, I don’t think he should have won, based on the replay I watched online of the entire show. He looked great overall, but had a slight film of water underneath his skin…which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the bodybuilder that came in second place, Phil Heath, was shredded to the bone, with almost no film whatsoever.

In the women’s fitness competition Adela Garcia took it all again. What an increbible she and all of the females set of athletes are. The fact that these women can burn off so much body fat, yet have so much strength to be able to do flips, cart wheels, flying pushups,etc., is just amazing! Actually, while watching those performances I’m reminded a lot by many of the methods used by P90X and INSANITY to get into such phenomenal shape!
