How Muscle Confusion Can Get You In Shape By Summer

We are deep into the month of March, so spring time and summer is literally right around the corner.  How have you been coming along with your weight loss, body fat burning goals?  How much lean muscle mass have you gained in the last couple of months?  Come the months of June, July, August are you going to be more than proud to take off your shirt or wear that swimming suit, or are you going to be embarrassed because you can’t see a slim mid section and a set of abs?  Don’t procrastinate.  If you haven’t transformed your body yet then if you get started right now you can look totally different come summer.

If I were to pick a weight loss program / body toning routine to get  you in shape fast, within months, I would have to recommend to you the P90X workout program, even though I also like Shaun T’s INSANITY.  I would tell you to start Tony Horton’s P90X because it uses the technique of “muscle confusion”, which incorporates different phases of different exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, types of workouts (like weights, plyomertics, bodyweight, extreme cardio, etc.) which keeps your body having to constantly adapt to keep up.  This “adaptation” process forces your body to burn more calories, burn more fat, lose more weight, and build strong lean muscles…..exactly what you’re trying to accomplish.
