Pure Creatine Powder by Beachbody

purecreatine_lgPure Creatine Powder: If there’s one supplement that we would recommend to you if you were aiming to gain lean muscle mass and build strength, and that was the only supplement you could take, then it would be a creatine monohydrate powder…hands down.

The reason you see many weight trainers and fitness enthusiasts with those strong, toned, round muscles is because, in part, their muscles are fully hydrated with glycogen and creatine.  The fuller your muscles are the more toned they look and the stronger they’ll be;  that’s why PhysicalFitnessRx highly suggests any serious trainer supplement their eating with a Pure Creatine powder supplement.

Get bigger, stronger, faster!

thumbCreatine is produced in the body and supplies vital energy to muscles. During exercise, your body’s natural creatine supply is depleted. So for best results, it’s recommended that you supplement your diet with 5 to 10 grams of creatine daily, depending on your size and goals.

Taking Beachbody’s Pure Creatine after your workouts is the safest and best way to:

* Get bigger muscles without the fat
* Increase and maintain strength
* Speed recovery time
* Improve performance
* Reduce workout fatigue

Pure Creatine is essential

Studies show that creatine helps add muscle and strength in over 80% of people who use it correctly—and it’s what athletes use to enhance their performance and results naturally.

Take a look at what one of Pure Creatine’s users had to say about this powder:

lifestyle_dougf“I began taking creatine at day 60, and I noticed a tremendous difference…I had more energy and strength to extend my performance peaks through the workouts.”

    I know there is alot of mis-information about creatine today. My first experience with creatine was when I coached college football. During this time creatine was being supplied by the strength coaches to the players. I did see a difference in their endurance during their workouts and conditioning.
