Ok, being that this my personal review, I’m going to be completely honest with you.  Yes, I feel that pretty much anyone will benefit tremendously from the 10 Minute Trainer DVD set, as regardless of who it is the same principles apply to burning body fat, losing weight, and toning up.  However, I also feel that there are very specific individuals that this fitness program seems to really be suited for;  the typical “hustle and bustle”, “I gotta go ‘cause I’m on the run”, “I’m just too unbelievably busy and tied up to be working out hours per week” – type of person.  That could be some busy company executive, the student that’s trying to juggle classes, project writing, studying, and work, or a stay at home busy mom.  Honestly, being that these workouts are only 10 minutes in length it’s a little difficult now to come up with a valid excuse why you can’t at least “squeeze” one of those in during the day.
